Physical Products

We accept returns of unused, unmarked, and undamaged physical products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 2 days of delivery at [info@cloudle.art]. Please include your order number and provide clear photos of the issue. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Pens

  • Items that have been used, written in, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Sale Items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
